My name is Elizabeth Braaten Palmieri and I believe in the healing sacredness of massage therapy. I specialize in Integrative massage, which combines the relaxation of Swedish massage and the firm pressure and specified work of Deep Tissue massage to create a grounding, relaxing and pain relieving experience. I received a BA in Theatre from St. Olaf College in 2004 and then went on to complete a program in massage therapy from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado in 2005 where I completed over 1,000 hours of education and hands-on training. Previously I have worked in Colorado, Minnesota and Vermont working with professional athletes and dancers, as well as volunteering in Women's Safe Houses and residential care facilities. I am an artist, an outdoor enthusiast and an avid yoga student who looks forward to working with you on your way to health and wellbeing. |
